I mean "Rocky" here (seriously they called the US VP Rocky. But hey, his wife was named "Happy") he musta helped twart any 70's advancements in EVs. After all his grandpappy had left them with a little motivation to kill the EVs. I wouldn't be surprised if Rocky & Curious George (as opposed to W) had some oily dealings stemming back from when he was a greasy little zorrero (with zapata oil), just b4 this:
