While i am totally down with what Saul Alinsky said about 'ends and means' and their justification... (that the ones who do the judgement are usually the ones after the conquest is over so the question is really moot. it's a luxury). I am down with that.
At the same time i can not really condone the actions of Jeff "Free" Lueres . I understand what he was doing and why... still, aside from being naiveley quixotic, he could have hurt himself, defintely could have hurt other people (including fire men and women) and he most certainly wasn't goint to win over any converts in the battle for eco-sanity with his one man fire-sale manifesto......
those two paragraphs already seem to conflict with each other, so may i please add a third conflicting statement? I think it is absoluteley insane that a 22 year-old gets sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison for his actions....( Read more... ) |
