Over at EVDeals, they are offering a unique product! A build-it-yourself kit for building the gorgeous electric El-Chopper. Sure, it's the 2D and 3D designs, and easy-to-follow instructions, not the actual pieces (which run you appx $1,000), but from reviews I've seen, some basic mechanics training under your belt and you're good to go! Literally. And while it looks like a chopper, it acts a lot more like a moped (top speed of 30mph), so it's even easier to license and operate (in many places, like NHTSA, if it doesn't go faster than 30 you get a lot of slack with the standards). What fun!! I can't wait to start building my own!!!
